Section 1 General Provisions and Definitions

888ck ("Platform", "we", "our") is an online gaming and betting service operated for the Bangladesh market. In these Terms, "user", "member" or "you" refers to any person registered with or using the platform.

Section 3 Age Limit and Eligibility

Participation on the 888ck platform is permitted only for individuals aged 21 (twenty-one) years or older. This service is available to those aged 21 and above only.

• Providing a false age at registration is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
• We may request documents for age verification at any time.
• If a minor opens an account using false information, all transactions on that account will be considered void and any deposited funds will be forfeited.
• Residents of areas where online gaming is legally prohibited are not eligible to use 888ck.

Section 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

888ck currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳300 (three hundred taka).

• Deposits must always be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in account suspension.
• Deposit amounts are generally credited to the account instantly, though delays may occur in some cases.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

• Withdrawals will only be sent to the deposited payment method and to an account held in the same person's name.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• If any active bonus wagering requirement has not been met, that amount will not be eligible for withdrawal.

Section 5 Bonuses and Promotions

888ck offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers. All bonuses have specific terms and conditions, and by claiming a bonus the user is considered to have accepted those terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New first-time members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times (25x).

• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirement has been met.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per member.
• 888ck reserves the right to modify or withdraw bonus offers at any time.

5.2 VIP and Cashback Program

888ck operates three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier.

• The Bronze tier offers up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• The Silver tier offers up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• The Gold tier offers up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Users can be promoted to a higher tier through regular and active participation.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Multiple bonuses may not be claimed at the same time unless the promotion's terms specifically permit it.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Claiming bonuses using a VPN or proxy is prohibited.

Section 6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All gaming and betting activities on 888ck are conducted on the basis of fair play. A secure environment is ensured through SSL encryption and protected server technology.

• Each game has its own rules, which can be found in the game interface or in the help section.
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a technical issue, 888ck will make the final decision regarding the outcome of that round.
• Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used to determine game outcomes, which is entirely impartial.
• In live casino games, the dealer's decision will be considered final.

6.1 Cricket Betting

• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will generally be refunded.
• 888ck reserves the right to change betting odds.

Section 7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 888ck platform and, if detected, the account will be immediately terminated:

• Using any form of fraud, manipulation or deceptive method.
• Using software bots, automated scripts or any technology to gain an advantage in games.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Abusing the bonus system or attempting to circumvent bonus terms.
• Attempting unauthorised access to 888ck systems, servers or networks.
• Harassing, intimidating or attempting to harm other users.
• Showing disrespect towards or threatening 888ck staff.

Section 8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Account Closure by 888ck

888ck reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms.
• Fraud or suspicious activity.
• Providing false information or failing identity verification.
• Being identified as a minor.
• Operating an account from a restricted area.

8.2 Account Closure by the User

You may close your own account at any time by sending a request to [email protected]. For self-exclusion or responsible gaming requests, we will act immediately. If there is a valid balance, it may be withdrawn before the account is closed.
